Migration Solutions specialises in providing immigration advice and assistance to business and individuals.
Founded in 2001 and based in Adelaide, South Australia, Migration Solutions is a leading provider of
immigration assistance and support to individuals, families and organisations. Migration Solutions
incorporates Dick Glazbrook, who successfully ran his own migration firm “DGA Consultants” for
over 25 years. As a combined team of 6 registered migration agents and additional visa support
and administrative staff, we are able to provide a highly professional and personalised service to our clients.
A key member of our team is a former State Politician and former State and National President of the
Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) - the peak industry representative body for migration agents, and who
is also a former Director and Chairman of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA), the body
responsible for the migration advice profession in Australia.
As the largest and only specialised migration advice and assistance company in South Australia, Migration
Solutions’ comprehensive skills, professional knowledge, expertise, service and capabilities cannot be
matched by any other locally based migration business.

Mark Glazbrook MMIA

Mark Glazbrook is the Managing Director of Migration Solutions. Mark has been involved in the migration profession for 13 years,
having sat the
entrance examination in 2000 and becoming a registered
migration agent in February 2001.
Mark founded Migration Solutions (started as a small boutique
migration company in 2001) which has since grown to become the largest and most comprehensive migration advice and
consultancy company based in South
Australia and one of the largest nationally. Marks professional knowledge stems from his vast experience in the migration profession. Whilst Mark
can assist with all types of visa applications, his
major area of expertise is in temporary and permanent employer sponsored migration.

Dick Glazbrook LMIA

Dick Glazbrook is the Executive Consultant of
Migration Solutions. Before joining the team Dick successfully ran his own

Hailong (Harry) Jiang MMIA

Completing a Bachelor of Computer and Information Science from University of South Australia
in 2005 Harry then went onto successfully complete the Law course provided by the Migration
Institute of Australia (MIA) in 2006 and subsequently became a registered migration agent.
Joining Migration Solutions in 2006 Harry has been mainly working on Business Migration,
General Skilled Migration, Employer Sponsored Migration (both temporary and permanent) and
Student visa applications and has successfully assisted a number of overseas applicants
in obtaining permanent residency in Australia.
Harry is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).

Nam Hoang MMIA

Nam came to Australia in 1998 as an overseas student and subsequently completed a Bachelor
of Information Technology at Flinders University graduating in 2005.
In 2006 Nam completed the Immigration Law course at Victoria University and was successfully registered as a Migration Agent.
From October 2006 until October 2007 he was employed as a Migration Agent at DGA Consultants and during that time assisted
more than 80 clients to successfully obtain visas across a broad spectrum of visa categories within the family, business and
skilled migration streams. Since the merger with Migration Solutions in 2007 he is mostly involved in the area of 457 Temporary
Business visa applications, Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) applications and General Skilled Migration.
Nam is fluent in Vietnamese.

Peng Zhang MMIA

Peng completed a Bachelor of Law in China in 1999. In 2009, he went on to complete the Australian Immigration Law course at Victoria University and was successfully registered as a migration agent.
Before entering the migration profession, Peng accumulated 10 years of work experience in customs law enforcement and business management. His experience has been of a great benefit to the migration field, added to his professionalism in immigration knowledge.
Along with his license of practice as an Australian migration agent, Peng also achieved the Chinese Legal Professional Qualification and is qualified to provide advice to clients on legal matters in China.
Peng is proficient in a variety of visa categories including Employer Sponsored Migration, Business Migration, General Skilled Migration, Family Stream and Student Visas. He is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Jung Eun (Christine) Lee MMIA

Christine’s initially visited Sydney in January 1995 on a business trip and later returned as an international student.
Christine successfully completed a Masters of Commerce in Marketing at the University of New South Wales in 1998 before returning to South Korea where she worked in the IT and Pharmaceutical industries as a market researcher.
On returning to Australia in 2006 Christine spent time in Adelaide and Perth gaining experience in the Education and Banking sectors.
In 2009 Christine completed the Graduate Migration Law & Practice Certificate Course at the Australian National University (ANU) School of Law and was registered as a migration agent.
Following registration Christine worked as a registered migration agent in Perth before returning to Adelaide and joining Migration Solutions in August 2010.
Working as a Migration Agent her key areas of responsibility are Permanent RSMS (Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme), General Skilled Migration and 457 Temporary Business visa applications.
Christine is fluent in Korean.
