Mark was very helpful and helped me with all the information I needed to make that decision to apply for a visa (which can take months to years…)

Mark told me exactly which documents to obtain and what exactly it is that is needed to be successful. The girls in the office were just lovely and always up for a chat to shorten the waiting time when in the office.

Through personal circumstances I eventually had to apply for another Visa to stay, and Mark gave me all the options I had available to me.

Due to the above fact, I was very distraught, but Mark kept positive but always realistic and kept me updated at all times.
